The spacious and clean rooms made our stay enjoyable, but the expensive dining options were disappointing.

The hotel's gardens and lagoon pool were stunningly scenic, perfect for leisurely strolls. The accessible paths made it easy for me as a senior to enjoy the beautiful surroundings with my family without any hassle.
More shading in outdoor areas for comfort.

The themed rooms were fantastic, really fun for my kids. The hotel grounds felt magical with all the statues and designs. Pool area clean, but the main pool's depth was too much for younger kids. The staff was friendly, but my experience with customer service wasn’t great at times, especially during dinner. Had to wait longer than expected for food, and the dining choices felt pricey without many healthy options. Shuttle service to Gardaland was helpful, but getting back sometimes took time. Also, no complimentary toiletries in the room made it feel less luxurious. Overall, a fun stay with room for improvement in the dining and customer service areas.

The dining options were impressive, especially the dinner buffet that was one of the best I've ever had! Plus, the cleanliness throughout the resort exceeded my expectations.

We stayed in a themed room, and it was super fun for the kids! The decor was adorable and kept them entertained. The beds were really comfy, which was great after long days at the park. But the room felt a bit worn down—some areas could use a refresh. Overall, it was spacious and clean, which is a big plus for a family stay.

Family-friendly but not cheap
The park was great for my kids. They loved the themed activities and had the chance to meet the cartoon characters, lot of laughter and smiles all around. Also, the breakfast buffet was huge. I mean, it felt like stepping into a kid's dream—pancakes, cereal, fruits. you name it.

great family experience with minor drawbacks
The hotel lobby was a fantastic start for our kids, creating an imaginative space that truly embodies the fun of the park. The spacious double room offered comfort, with a lovely view that added to our overall enjoyment.
The location, while enjoyable, could use clearer signage to navigate the surrounding area.

The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere and spacious rooms, making it enjoyable for families. However, the dining experience is overpriced with limited choices, and it lacks a nearby shop for essentials. Although the shuttle service is convenient, it can be tricky returning from the park at peak times.
